F&D is a division of Şişecam Holdings, founded in 1935. It was Turkey's first glass facility, established in the Paşabahçe district of Istanbul to pioneer a glass industry. Since then, it has grown incessantly via state-of-the-art technology and advanced research and development activities.

From the 1960s, Şişecam expanded into global markets, growing to rank amongst the most prestigious glass producers in the world.

Şişecam specialises in all the essential areas of glass making with Glass Tableware one of its main divisions. Operating under the brand name “Paşabahçe”, the company manufactures soda-ash and crystal glass both by manual and automatic production.
